CJ Associates is currently providing Consents and Stakeholder Engagement advice regarding the Waterloo International Terminal, prior to this a project development study was undertaken to establish the short-term measures needed to bring Waterloo international platforms into domestic service after Eurostar trains transferred to St Pancras. Our role was to manage the appointment of consultants to undertake the development study and then manage the study on behalf of the DfT, co-ordinating technical reviews of the proposals and managing progress.
