Stations Stabilisation Programme

Client: London Underground

London Underground’s programme to refurbish and refresh a series of stations involving works to improve the assets and customer experience. This includes platform replacements, relocation of staff and operational facilities, and upgrading utilites. Several of the stations involved listed buildings including St James’ Park (Grade 1) and therefore works required listed building consent.

CJ Associates acted as Consents Advisor to assess the consents required for each of the workstreams across the stations programme.
