We advised and assisted with the bidding strategy, ITN and BAFO tender submissions and subsequent negotiations. Our services included advice on the powers contained in the 18 Private Acts and TWA Orders, assessment of a large number of Third Party Agreements and advice on planning and other consents. We also provided commercial assistance and advice on land and property issues.
