Conor is a property acquisition specialist and project manager with strong stakeholder engagement, consultation and negotiation skills. His recent experience has involved management of property acquisition for the HS2 rail project by negotiation in advance of CPO powers being obtained.

He also has project management experience of implementation of environmental improvement initiatives for a major retail organisation.
