Catharine specialises in strategic planning for major infrastructure projects. Her experience includes organisational and corporate development roles for engineering and construction businesses within the transport infrastructure, oil and gas and ports sectors.

More recently, her work has focussed on stakeholder engagement and advocacy and she leads a large stakeholder engagement and consultation team for the Highways England Lower Thames Crossing project. She has also facilitated high level workshops on behalf of a range of clients in the infrastructure sector including to demonstrate multi-modal transport readiness for London 2012. She became a Director of CJ Associates in 2010.
