    Colin is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years experience of major rail and construction projects. He is currently involved in the procurement of two new rail schemes. He leads our Commercial and Risk Management team.

    Richard is a chartered civil engineer with over 30 years experience of engineering and design management on transport and building projects. He leads our Engineering Management team.
