A highly motivated Chartered Town Planner, Stephen is confident in securing consents for complex projects, shaping policy in different political landscapes and providing strategic planning advice on the implementation of development goals. His specialism is airport planning however his experience covers a range of development types, including large scale infrastructure, strategic masterplans, EIA development, development of and near heritage assets, waste and energy development, and providing evidence to public inquiries and public examinations.
