Sheery is a Chartered Town Planner with experience in infrastructure development including new nuclear power stations, high speed rail and inner city high density regeneration schemes. She is familiar with a range of consenting regimes including the hybrid Bill process, the Town and Country Planning Act, and the Development Consent Order under the Planning Act, as well as the related stakeholder engagement and consultation requirements.

Sheery is currently responsible for the preparation and deposit of the amendments to the hybrid Bill for HS2 and ensuring compliance with Standing Orders.
