He has a proven record in delivering highly demanding projects by offering a blend of leadership, strategic planning, programming and business analysis to provide clear and concise solutions to the benefit of the programme and the client’s business.
Michael has operated either as a consultant or a client within complex organisations. He is experienced in negotiation and brokering agreements between industry partners and delivering multi-discipline programmes from inception to completion. He has conducted strategic reviews of projects in distress, promoted powers for the country’s largest infrastructure project and contributed to the commercial strategy and programme governance of £multi-billion infrastructure programmes.
His strengths lie in his ability to build effective relationships in new environments, quickly understand key client and stakeholder requirements, build trusting relationships and impact positively the needs of the programme.
