Heathrow Airtrack

Heathrow Airtrack was a proposed new rail link to improve public transport access to Heathrow airport by connecting Terminal 5 to London Waterloo, Guildford and Reading stations. CJ Associates initially provided advice to Surrey County Council on scheme development. Subsequently we were engaged as Project Manager by BAA when it took on the role of project sponsor to prepare and promote a Transport and Works Act (TWA) Order, including public consultation and stakeholder engagement.

A TWA order application was submitted to the Secretary of State for Transport in July 2009 but was withdrawn prior to public inquiry stage in April 2011.
