Client: East West Rail Consortium

This scheme aims eventually to reopen the railway between Oxford and Cambridge, the “Varsity Line”, and extend services to the eastern ports. This assignment was focused on the western section of the route between Oxford and Bletchley which involves the upgrading of about 20 miles of existing line and the reopening of a 10 mile mothballed section of track.
