We were responsible for managing the promotion of a Private Bill for this new tram scheme through Parliament until its enactment. We negotiated with affected Statutory Undertakers, local authorities and other petitioners and co-ordinated the preparation of evidence and exhibits for the Select Committee hearings. We managed all land and property issues, negotiated agreements with Network Rail and prepared the Code of Construction Practice.
