Chris is a Chartered Civil Engineer and recognised expert in the planning, development and authorisation of transport schemes. He has been involved in developing a number of significant transport projects in the UK, including the initial development of the Docklands Light Railway and several of the subsequent extensions that have created the network that exists today, as well as Crossrail, Jubilee Line Extension and Midland Metro.

Chris founded CJ Associates in 1990 and retired from full-time involvement in 2017.  He maintains a keen interest in the business as it continues to flourish.
