Amanda is a senior town planning professional with 15 years’ experience in consents management, development projects and associated stakeholder engagement, community liaison and communications.
Her experience has been predominantly in the planning and authorisation of major infrastructure projects (both pre-authorisation and during construction), including the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, the redevelopment of King’s Cross Underground Station and the East London Line Extension.
Amanda has advised on option selection for new development, managed environmental impacts assessments, produced and obtained planning, heritage and environmental consents, managed Undertakings & Assurances compliance, and presented evidence at hearings. She has led community liaison and managed public consultation & stakeholder engagement associated with the planning process.
Amanda is experienced in managing multidisciplinary sub-consultants and has substantial expertise in a contractor role in the delivery of major projects.
