Under a 35 year contract between the Ministry of Defence and Aspire Defence Limited, the project will provide modern, high quality, fully serviced and purpose build living and working accommodation for over 18,700 soldiers, 20% of the British Army, across military garrisons at Aldershot and Salisbury Plain.

CJ Associates was retained by Aspire Defence to advise and assist the SPV commercial team throughout the bid, negotiation and due diligence period to financial close of this £5 billion project.
