A major HS2 milestone was achieved last month when the House of Commons debated and approved a motion authorising the deposit of two further Additional Provisions to the HS2 hybrid Bill. Four APs have now been deposited, with about 400 replacement Plans and Sections and 20,000 pages of supplementary environmental information.
CJ Associates were responsible for drafting the parliamentary motion; preparing briefing materials for MPs; preparing Bill Amendments, Plans and Sections; producing all AP material in hard copy and electronic format and publishing to the HS2 website; arranging distribution from the House of Lords to local parishes; and giving evidence to parliamentary examiners and the Standing Orders Committee.
