- identifying all stakeholders, map their specific areas of interest and concern and categorise the influence and impact they have over the project and programme
- preparing a stakeholder management strategy
- developing and implementing consultation and communication programmes
- manage stakeholder relationships and liaison with the project team
- ensure stakeholders’ issues are considered and incorporated where appropriate by the project, co-ordinating with the design team
- advise on and negotiate agreements with stakeholders
- manage community liaison and 24hr telephone helpline
