    Glasgow Airport Rail Link

    Client: BAA

    We are helping BAA with preparation of their objection against the Private Bill to construct a new rail link to Glasgow Airport. We are assisting with preparation of evidence and rebuttals for the parliamentary hearing, negotiation of an agreement to address BAA’s concerns. We are also advising on railway bills and agreements, on compulsory purchase and the estimation of the potential statutory compensation.

    Project Name:
    Piccadilly Line Extension

    Client: BAA plc

    As an integral part of BAA’s project team, we led the negotiation of agreements with London Underground (LU) for a new underground station at Terminal 5, Heathrow Airport. We managed the legal advisors and preparation of all schedules and negotiated the agreement for lease and the leases. We also negotiated with LU to vary its PPP and PFI contracts to procure signaling systems, power supply and telecommunications systems for the new Piccadilly Line extension.

    Project Name:
    Waterloo International

    Client: Department for Transport

    A project development study was undertaken to establish the short-term measures needed to bring Waterloo international platforms into domestic service after Eurostar trains transferred to St Pancras.

    Our role was to manage the appointment of consultants to undertake the development study and then manage the study on behalf of the DfT, co-ordinating technical reviews of the proposals and managing progress.
