Project Background:

The project involves termination of the North London Line at Stratford Regional Station and associated platform alterations and the construction of an extension of the Docklands Light Railway from Canning Town to Stratford International Station.

Project Support:

We were retained by Docklands Light Railway to provide management and procurement assistance for the project and review the tender documentation. We have also been a member of the interview panel and responsible for the tender assessment.

Following the award of design and construction contracts, we have been retained by DLR to undertake the design management of the project including the review by DLR and technical advisers of the Design and Build contractors’ multi disciplinary designs for the extension.

We also assisted DLR with an independent review of the tender documents for their package 8 & 9 contracts for the Stratford International extension and with assessments of the package 8 tenders.
