Stations Stabilisation Programme

London Underground is undertaking a programme to refurbish and refresh a series of stations involving works to improve the assets and customer experience. This includes platform replacements, relocation of staff and operational facilities, upgrading utilites. Several of the stations are listed buildings including St James’ Park (Grade 1) and therefore works require listed building consent.
CJ Associates is retained as Consents Advisor to assess the consents required for each of the workstreams across the stations programme.
