“I can thoroughly recommend their consents management, consultation expertise and excellent co-ordination of the preparation, submission and obtaining of all town planning and heritage consents required through both the TWA and town and country planning service.”

Crossrail Farringdon Station
Client: Costain/Laing O’Rourke
Farringdon station is a Grade II listed building being transformed into one of London’s best connected interchange stations, connecting with Thameslink and the London Underground to provide links with outer London, the home counties, the City, Canary Wharf and three of London’s five airports. When it opens in 2018 it will be the only station where Thameslink, Crossrail and London Underground services meet.
On behalf of Costain/Laing O’Rourke, CJ Associates worked directly with Network Rail providing specialist advice on consents and relationships with consent granting bodies and third parties including English heritage.
Utilising our expertise and experience gained on similar projects, we assisted the consents manager in obtaining all necessary consents required to facilitate the works.
