


Our project staff are all professionally qualified and CPD is therefore a requirement to maintaining their professional status. The company supports CPD by allocating time and funds for their participation in relevant courses that they identify and will also encourage attendance at appropriate seminars, workshops etc.
Each member of staff is asked at their annual review to identify any training or personal development requirements or aspirations they may have. These requests are taken into account in establishing the Training and Development Budget together with any suggested training identified by senior management for particular members of staff to enhance their range of skills. The budget is set annually and monitored by the Business Development Manager, Barry Wood to ensure that the training programme is implemented. Staff are also assessed for presentation skills and a programme of effective communication training with an external consultancy is in place.
In addition to specific external training courses, we run internal company workshops to ensure that additional expertise and experience gained from project assignments is shared amongst company staff.
